Randy has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience.
Randy also has deeply-vested interests in giving back to his community. He has served as chair and in senior board positions for a number of organizations and registered charities.
John has been helping businesses grow for over 30 years by developing and implementing branding and marketing campaigns, sales and operations tactics and business development strategies. His extensive experience crosses a variety of industry sectors, including entertainment, retail, pharmaceutical, energy and manufacturing, as well as not-for-profit organizations.
John has used his expertise to help company leaders navigate the IPO process and to help business owners build value and improve processes in preparation for transition or succession.
Darryl’s deep understanding of logistics and sales force development, distribution and import/export comes from his 23 years as the owner and operator of a successful import distribution business that serviced both national chains and independent retailers across Canada. He is experienced in private brand product development and marketing, having done so in a variety of industry sectors.
His efforts advising small business owners has allowed them to leverage assets, making for simpler transition processes.
Carla brings four years of experience working directly with companies to plan and execute their marketing and communications strategies. Her areas of expertise include social media management, blog writing, and internal/external newsletter preparation and distribution. Her experience crosses several industry sectors, including software technology, high tech, logistics, business consulting, and recruiting. Carla has also worked with several B2C companies as an advisor to ensure the latest marketing trends are being followed.
